The trader profile will allow you to control the search fields available on the Offerings and Positions pages. The fields can be added or removed based on user needs.
To setup or modify the trader profile preferences:
Click the Admin tab.
Use the Setup pull down menu to select Trader.
Enter either the Trader Profile and/or the Trader Description.
Click Search.
For existing profiles click the Edit icon on the profile to be changed.
Click Prefs.
Select the fields you would like to add from the left side and then click Add. (You can select multiple fields at once by clicking one filed and then holding down the Shift key and clicking the last field in your range.)
To remove fields from being used select them form the Default Search Criteria area and then click Remove.
Note: Depending on the resolution of the your screen, varying numbers of search criteria may result in search fields disappearing due to space limitations.
