Viewing Order Status

1. Click the Orders tab in the Orders page, if it is not already selected. The Orders blotter is displayed.

2. Select which orders to display in the Status table, as appropriate. You can:

   • Filter orders by order date.

   • Find a specific order in the Status table.

   • Filter orders by status.

3. Hide or view order status updates as desired. More...

   • To collapse a status update panel, click the Collapse icon ().
   • To re-expand the panel, click the Expand icon ().

4. Re-sort, re-order, re-size columns, or page through the requests, as desired.

5. Print the order summary, as desired.

   1. Click ). A Print dialog box is displayed.

   2. Complete the Print dialog as necessary.

   3. Click Print. An HTML-formatted order summary is printed at the selected printer.

6. Cancel orders as necessary.
